How do i get to my preferred network list?

A previous post instructed me to delete all networks but
my own from the preferred network list and disable
the "automatically connect to non preferred networks" as
well as to make sure my SSID broadcast is enabled. Call
me crazy but I cant find where these settings are and
I thought that I looked everywhere, any help? Thanks

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right click your wireless network connection.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click Wireless Networks.
5. Under Preferred Networks, click an undesired network and click
Remove.
6. Repeat #5 for all undesired networks.
7. Click Advanced near the bottom of the window.
8. Un-check "Automatically connect to non-preferred networks".
