How do I get the top 4 rows of a spread sheet to print on each pa.

I am trying to get the first 4 rows of a spread sheet to act like a header. I
have done this in the past and can not remeber how to get it to do it again.
 
File>Page Setup>Sheet>Rows to repeat at top
