how do I get the insertion point below the border of my letterhea.

I have word 97 and it does not have clear formatting in the pick formatting.
Is there another way to get the insertion point below the border of my
letterhead so that I can finish my school project?

Try Ctrl+Q. But you should be putting your letterhead in the header. See
