How do I get the files back please

I downloaded a toolbar this afternoon and it's completely mucked up the
computer.It deleted most of the control panel files,the accessories (I have
got those back now)The files I need help with are the Help and support ,it
says Helpctr. not found also in the display I can't change the settings for
the desktop etc.If anyone could help please because I have been trying and
trying with no luck.Thank You

Hi Roxanne,

Check to make sure it has been removed via Add/remove programs in
Control Panel.

Then use System Restore to revert the system back to just before the
toolbar was installed.
