How do I get the department line to appear in an address?

The department line is not showing when I drop in an address. Do you have
any suggestions? I have my address layout set up as the following:

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_TITLE>
}{<PR_DEPARTMENT>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_STREET_ADDRESS>
}{<PR_LOCALITY>, <PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE> <PR_POSTAL_CODE>}
