Why only contact and company name appear when I use InsertAddress.

when I use the InsertAddress book, sometimes only the
First name, last name and company name appear on the label?

I try to create a new AutoText (see below) but it works for only some
contacts.

If the addresses do not fully display - check their display in Outlook in
detailed address card view. If the address is not displayed there it will
not display in Word. Such minor corruption was a particular issue with
Outlook 2000, but can be fixed by opening each defective record and saving
it again. Do not change the view in the Address book from Word once you have
done so or it could corrupt again.
