How do I get the computer voice to read a document to me?

I want to have the computer read my document back to me to help with the
flow. Is this possible with Word 03?
 
I can't say the computer voice is 'flowing' ;-) but you can get Word
to read your document back to you. Go to Tools/Speech to turn on
Speech Recognition. On the Language toolbar click Options command
(down arrow at the end of the toolbar) and turn on Speak Text if
necessary. Use this command to read back text selection or the entire
document.

Note if the command does not appear on the Language toolbar you may
need to restart Word.
