how do I get the computer to read a letter to me?

I was playing with my computer and i hit a button that allowed the computer
to read a letter I was working on, back to me. I don't know how I did it.
Does anyone know how this is done?
 
Try asking over in a forum about windows in general - this one is
specifically for Microsoft Access, their database product. It sounds like you
must have a product like Dragon Naturally Speaking or something installed on
your computer, though.
