How do I get the add-in tab to appear for Word 2007?

I recently upgraded to Office Standard 2007. The add-in tab appears on the
ribbon in Excel and PowerPoint but not in Word. How do I get the add-in tab
to appear for Word 2007?

You will need to have an add-in for Word 2007 loading that was
originally targeted at Word 97-2003. Only then the Add-ins tab appears.
