How do I get single spacing for my labels? It's currently double

I just got this new microsoft office and it is so different from office 2003
I'm having trouble getting used to it.

manually set the paragraph spacing (of the underlying style, preferably)
to "Single".

another quick way might be to load the Word 2003 style set.
