how do i get service pak 3 or higher for my windows xp home editio

See the big white space? How about you put some details about what you're
looking for there, rather than posting only a partial question in the
Subject line?

"service pak 3" for WHAT? There is no Service Pack 3 for Windows XP, not
yet, if that's what you're looking for.
 
There is no SP3 for Windows XP as yet, SP2 is the most recent SP for Windows
XP.

To see what service packs and other updates are available for your system,
go to Microsoft's Update web page ...

Service Pack 3 for XP are going out on 2008 or 2009 year. What you are
thinkig? Read news!!!
