How do I get screentip text to work over hyperlink in web page?

How do I get the screentip text to appear when I mouse over a hyperlink? I
have placed a hyperlink on a pic on top of my presentation to link with
another ppt file. But as the pic is not labelled, it is thus impt that the
screentip text appears when the mouse is over the pic (icon).

It seems to work well in powerpoint but once I convert the file into
webpage, the screentip text disappears though I run a slideshow on webpage.
How can this be changed? Perhaps to edit any script?? Please help!

It's basically that it's broken in PPT's HTML.

You might want to have a look at http://ppt2html.pptools.com
It's our commercial PowerPoint addin that does pick up and display PowerPoint's
web text properly and allows you to do some other things.

I actually downloaded the ppt2html trial but I understand that sounds cannot
be converted? Tho my presentation is pretty basic but sound/ voice over is
imperative. No other way to work around this?

There are a couple ways of doing sounds with PPT2HTML - give me a yell at steve
at-sign pptools dot com and I'll be happy to go over the options with you.
