how do i get rid of the end-user license pop-up

Use this blank area to ask the question, and provide version
information. The answer depends on the OS you are using. Basically
accepting the EULA while logged on as as Administrator, or running the
app in question as Administrator and accepting the EULA.

In this case turn off "User Access Control" first then accept EULA as
administrator. If you are not in a position to do that, please contact
the administrator of the PC for this issue.
