How do I get rid of automatic underlining of text in emails?

Using Outlook 2003. My original text is underline and i delete but when
people reply their text and my original text is all underlined. How do I
turn this off or fix it. I checked everything I could think of.

May these steps will help

1.) In Outlook, click Tools
2.) Click Options
3.) Click Mail Format
4.) Click Fonts
5.) Change all Fonts to how you want them

Hope this helps :)
 
Thank you but I have checked all that and nothing is checked to be
underlined. Can you think of anything else?
