My guess is that, instead of "documents", you see a pop-up box warning
you that there MIGHT BE macro viruses, not that there IS one. If the
database came from a source you trust (and whom you can chase with a big
stick if you actually find a virus), then just tell Access to proceed
and you'll take your chances.
Otherwise, you might consider using some commercial software (extra
cost, but cheap insurance) to search for viruses.
