How do I get reminders individually rather than as a group?

Help? How do I get my reminders to pop up individually? At the moment they
pop up on block and I find this most inconvenient. Any suggestions?
 
No, this can't be changed. I really hated the individual pop-ups because
they cluttered the Taskbar and didn't give me a good overview. Did you just
transfered from Outlook 2000 or previous to Outlook 2002 or 2003?
