how do I get reminded of a flagged message?

I know how to set a flag on a message and the date for the flag. However, I
want Outlook to remind me when a flag is due, and I can't find that option
anywhere.
 
Is the email in Inbox? A reminder won't fire otherwise when it's due without
3rd party software.
