How do I get Outlook to wrap text in an e-mail message?

When replying to a message, the text just continues to stream to the right,
instead of wrapping, as it should. Also, when I print the messate, it cuts
off the text that didn't wrap. It does not do this on every reply, but I
have not found a pattern of why it does it. Help!

Outlook version? Which editor (if you're not using Outlook 2007)?

It's Outlook 2003. The message format is HTML. I don't know how to check
which editor.

Click Tools>Options>Mail Format and tell me if you've enabled Word as the
mail editor.
