How do I get Outlook to remember e-mail address?

When I try to send an e-mail, I type the name into the To: box or choose from
the list in the address book. As long as I do not close the program it will
remember the e-mail address. But, when I close Outlook 2003 and re-open it,
it does not remember my previous used e-mail addresses. PLEASE, I need to
someone to help me out with this. My boss is about to go nuts and trash the
whole thing!!!!

Tools>Options>Email Options>Advanced email options> check Auto suggest
names...etc. and check Automatic name checking, too.
