What operating system do you have? Have you gone to Control Panel |
Add/Remove Programs | Windows Components? You should just be able to check
the box and click OK. You may need your OS install CD to complete this
operation.
If it's already checked then it's already installed and you just need to
look at your Start Menu more closely, most likely, to find it.
To be accurate, Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer.
Visit its Home Page: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/oe/,
and follow the link to the Internet Explorer page.
Incidentally, you will get Outlook Express assistance of a higher
quality in its own Newsgroup:
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
