How do I get Outllok reminder on top of any application?

I am running Outlook 2002 on XP. My reminders do not open
on top of any application I am working in (apart from
Outlook). For example, in MS Word the reminder is
minimised at the bottom of the screen. So far I have
missed 2 appointments.

Much appreciate any help.
