How do i get my outlook junk email filter to work again?

I upgrade to Outlook 2003 a few months ago, and the junk filter worked fine.
Then it just stopped for no apparent reason (yet to be discovered). I have
now upgraded to 2007 and still no junk filter. Any ideas? I'm running a pop3
a/c. I'm not on Exchange.

Thanks (in anticipation...coz it's driving me NUTTTS)

Try: Uninstall the last junk filter update and then reinstall it again.
In Control Panel | Add/Delete Programs in the updates section.
