How do I get maximum window size automatically in Outlook when sen

When I create a new message, the message window defaults to minimize. Then,
I have to maximize manually before I can write and send the message. How do
I change the Outlook default to maximize the window when opening a new window?

Hi jamming 12,
try to maximize your window and close it.
Reopen it and it should be maximized!
