How do I get looped music to burn to a CD or E-mail?

I can't get music from the clip organizer that I have looped, to play with my
presentation when I try to E-mail or burn the presentation to a CD. All the
other sounds come through great. Just not the music. There are 13 slides in
my presentation, if that makes a difference. I am not real clear on the
subject of "embeding or linking sounds". Please use simple terms, I'm not to
computer savy. Thanks
 
You must send the file with the presentation. PowerPoint does not embed any
multimedia other that wav files.
