How do I get into the Business Template for Access?

As a new user of access database, I would like to use the business template.
But when I click on the template, I can only go so far. When I click the
template, it indicates an error has occurred and indicates a pop up block is
on. I turned off the pop up blocker on my system, but I still am not able to
use the template. Please help.
 
About which business template are you speaking? Some companies block .mdb, .
mds, and .mdw files from download if you are downloading one.
