how do i get graphs in powerpoint

I CAN NOT DO GRAPHS IN POWER POINT, IT IS NOT INSTALLED, I TRIED TO INSTALL
IT, BUT WAS UNABLE. CAN ANYONE HELP

I've never seen an installation where MS Graph wasn't installed.
