For me at least, IE on the Edit With... button seems to list every program
capable of opening HTML files.

Including (not limited to)

Notepad
Excel
Word
Publisher
Visual Web Developer Express
and
Frontpage

I also have Adobe GoLive (expired trial) but that didn't get listed, so I
guess IE limits (for some reason) those applications to Microsoft programs.

All I've concluded, is you need the application installed and it gets added
to that list automatically (and as above, that applies apparently, to
Microsoft applications only).

I've been trying for awhile to get DW to show up there...it won't.

Edit with Frontpage & Edit with Dreamweaver both appear on my IE Edit toolbar
- not when I first open IE to my default of MSN.COM, but when I go to another
site. No clue how it got there, but it's there.
