How do I get fillable forms to print fully?

I'm have Word 2002 on my computer and am on a government website using
fillable forms and then trying to print them out. My printer does the blank
form but what I fill in doesn't print. The same forms print fine on the
library's computer but not on mine. Do I need to change any settings or
enable something, or maybe download a service pack to get this to work?

In the File>Print dialog, click on the Options button at the bottom left of
the screen and make sure that all of the relevant boxes are checked - in
that version of Word, I think that it is Drawing Objects or something like
that under the Include with document section of the dialog that you might be
missing.
