How do I get events to show up on more than one public calender?

My company has a policy of creating a public calender for every large
project. Each project manager requires employees to post their vacation days
to these calenders. I work on multiple projects and am looking for a way to
enter once and have it show up on several calenders. Is there a way to do
this?

No, Outlook does not provide a built-in method for populating/synchronizing
multiple calendars.
