How do I get datasheet view to appear in the View menu?

My current set up of Access is not allowing me to have datasheet view as an
option in the view menu!! (nor is it available when right-hand clicking the
mouse when in a form). Does anybody know how to change my set up so I can
have DATASHEET view option available>?
