How do I get codecs? PLEASE HELP!

I have several video files that I want to import into Moviemaker, but it
keeps on saying:

"The file D:\Naruto\[TW] - Naruto Episode 04.avi cannot be imported
because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your
computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close
and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again."

Where the hell do I get the codecs?! PLEASE HELP! MY GENIITALS DEPEND ON
COMPLETING THIS MOVIE!!
