how do i get around Outlook 2003 error 0x800ccc92?

I've had this problem continue to happen with varying frequencies. Recently
it's been unbearable! I keep getting the following error.

- Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server regectedd
your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties.
Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR
Username/Passwoed Mismatch'

I've tried reentering this information, i've tried removing the read only
status from the .PST files....I've even tried reinstalling! I'm at a loss.
