How do i get an alert when new mail arrives other than inbox ?

Hi,
I have created a folder in Outlook and created a rule to deliver the msgs to
that folder. The problem here is, when a new mail arrives to that folder, am
not getting the desktop alert or new mail alert.
(Checked the options and desktop alert is there only for inbox.)

You can create a rule to alert you or you can use VBA Code.

The rule itself has actions for that. Add the alert to the rule actions.
