How do I get Administrator Privileges?

I am the only user on my computer, and therefore by default the Administrator. I have one chance left to change the region on my DVD drive but when I try it says I need Administrator Privileges. How do I get these? What do I need to do?
 
First make sure that you are listed at an administrator. Go to Control Panel and then User Accounts and check. That's the easy solution. If that doesn't work, right click, check the properties and the security authorization.
