Administrator without privileges

I just tried to Restore my system to an earlier date from
my Administrator account and got this messege:"System
Restore, You do not have sufficient security privileges
to restore your system. Please contact your administrator
or logout and loging again as an administrator and try
again." all the 3 accounts on this machine have
administrator privileges but i was using
the "Administrator" account.

I have the same issue - but not after a restore - just
started happening. All Admin rights have gone for the
Administrators group.
