How do I get a smaller forced linespacing?

How do I control the linespacing, when I force (Alt-enter) a new line in a
cell?

I use Excel Edition 2003.
 
Maybe by pressing ALT+enter a second time and getting a double space

It will depend on the font size that you are using. You don't have the
same control over line spacing that you would have in, say, Word.

Yes, if I wanted a bigger space. But I want a smaller space (like half the
space).
