how do i get a 'sample template' so that i can personalize it?

when i print this out it has a place to put company name, it doesn't show in
Word, and when i print it out it has what i typed on top of {company
name}....how do i get rid of that??!?! to the side of it it says
"Deleted:company name"...

Well, it sounds as if you have Track Changes on, for a start, and are
printing in a view with markup. How are you changing the company name if you
can't see where to do it? Are you in Print Layout view? Do you have
"Drawings" checked on the View tab of Tools | Options? Do you have "Picture
placeholders" NOT checked?
