Just one of many stories about that day, TC. Everything that could go wrong
went wrong that day. It started with the fact that Bruce Springsteen was
playing a gig right next door to the exhibition hall, which brought traffic
throughout the city to a stand-still. Not that I would have complained if
only I'd been at the gig instead of at the darn exhibition! :-( And it ended
with a melting ice sculpture!
It's funny looking back on it now, though it wasn't very funny at the time.
No, I tell a lie, the melting ice sculpture was funny even then!
