How do I get a movie to play without clicking it on powerpoint?

When i insert a movie into power point and select it to play "automatically,"
it only plays when i click on the movie.
 
Are you in slide show mode or edit mode. movies only play automatically in
slide show mode.

IF you are in slide show mode check in custom animation - top of the list
shouls be media and it should be "after previous"
