How do I get a border to break to print a name in it for a resume

I am trying to put a full page border on and then paste my name on the border
and cover up the border but I can't figure it out.
 
This isn't the kind of response you wanted but...

Don't do it! Keep your resume simple. Unless you are applying for some
artsy-fartsy job, your efforts are going to be wasted. My best friend is an
HR rep and I've had MANY discussions with her about what works and what
doesn't. They don't care if you can do fancy borders, they want to know what
your skill set is and how employing you will benefit their company.
