How do I forward all mails at a time?

Hi,
I have lot of mails in my outlook 2003 folders which I want to send to my
another web based mail account. Is there any method to forward all the mails
at a time? Plz help me
 
You could use the Rules Wizard and make a Rule, then Run it Now to forward
them all to the other account.
