How do I format a Wedding Reception template I found on Microsoft

I am trying to use a template I found on Microsoft to make some program for a
friend's wedding, but i seem to be having trouble getting it to copy to a
usable format. I tried to save it to the computer, but is seems to still be
read only.
 
What version of Word,

What are the steps you're taking to get the template to open in Word?

Do you have a link to the download page for that template?

What changes do you want to make in the template?
