I want to flip my chart upside down, but it will not give me the option to do
so. How do I flip a chart on a slide?

Select the chart
Choose Edit, Copy
Choose Edit, Paste Special and pick WMF or EMF; click OK

Now you have a version of your chart as a graphic object that you can rotate (at
least if you're using PPT 2002 or later - won't work in 2000 and before)
