How do I fix.....

When I setup my Windows Mail account on my new laptop I selected POP3
protocol but that does not work. Now I cant find a way to change it to the
right one--also dont know what the "right one" is. Any suggestions?...Thanks

You need to get that information from your ISP (Internet Service Provider who
provides you with e-mail access).

You can use the same instructions for Outlook Express on Windows XP.
