how do I fix the position of a worksheet in excel?

I am developing a spreadsheet with multiple worksheets within in. The first
two worksheets are summary sheets and rather than keep scrolling back or
using the first sheet button, is it possible to fix the position of one of
the worksheets so that it is readily accessible and visible at all times?

Window>New Window.

Window>Arrange>Vertical works best for me.

Each window can have whatever sheet you wish to view.
