well my english isn't perfect but i'll try to help u!
in the end of this line (basic, where undo is supposed to be) u can see a
little arrow looking down! click on it and then click addition and
subtraction buutons then click on basic and u will see the list with the
buttons u can add.... choose undo and here u are! i hope i helped u....

Open the Tools > Customize dialog and click the Toolbars tab. Select
the "Standard" item and click the Reset button.

You may also need to check the box (on the Options tab of Tools | Customize)
for "Show Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows."
