How do I find this download?

Hi,

I'm trying to test out what will happen with my web-based Flash
application when I install the patch download that is the result of the
Micorsoft/Eolas patent suit. Unfortunately, i can't find this file
anywhere! This is as far as I get

I can't find a link on that page to download the patch. Could someone
post it if you can find it?

The instructions are on that page. Once you click on validation, and get
validated, it takes you to the next page for download.
