All caps is hard to read and is considered to be a rude form of shouting.
You can try the following:
Ctrl+ALT+DEL
choose Task Manager
choose Performance
look at Available Memory
or for a possibly better answer, you can ask in a Windows newsgroup. This
one is dedicated to the MS-Access database product.
