I don't think that you have written down the eact message.
Norton's in very capable of deleting / repairing / quarantining a virus on
it's own. In some cases the user is prompted to choose which of these
actions to perform.
If you get the message again, write it down or read carefully and choose the
best response.
It is my experience that the best response in all cases is DELETE.
Make sure that you go into REPORTS and from there also delete all items in
BACKUP and QUARANTINE.
