How do I find/delete a keyboard command error in Word?

When I type an s' (s apostrophe), the s turns into a cedilla (a c with a
comma under it.

I tried to find the shortcut key in order to delete it, but cannot find that
shortcut.

Hi Dave

Tools > AutoCorrect Options. Select the problem entry in the list and click
Delete.
